In addition to all the standard features as described below the Ontario Grand Loft 107 now features deeper soffits on all 4 sides plus an ultra modern new square end log profile, plus large 35” x 35” windows with a duel left and right side opening panels that can fold flat into the wall complete with removable screens. Heavy duty solid wood with large picture window and heavy duty loft ladder also included!

All of these spectacular upgrades are absolutely free and included in every kit! You also have the option to add our new patent pending Stair-Wall™ fold away ladder to this cabin!
The Ontario Grand Loft 107 SD Cabin boasts two levels of spectacular space and makes a great solution for use as a bunkie, studio, home office, glamping cabin, or even a commercial space. It’s the ideal place to relax or entertain. You will be certain to build a lifetime of memories inside this welcoming space. This model features a single-door entrance (SD) plus two large 35” x 35” double-pane glass picture windows with screens on the main floor. There is also a full-size 35” x 35” double-pane glass picture window in the loft!
 
The spacious main floor measures an impressive 11′ x 9’-10” plus you get a bonus loft measuring 11’ x 7’ which can accommodate up to a king-size mattress. The loft is also 7’ tall so you can stand up in it!

Don’t feel like doing it yourself? That’s ok, let us come to your property and assemble it all for you in as little as one day. Our assembly package includes Assembly + Ondura Roof covering panels. You will still need to provide the foundation base of your choice. We provide you with an easy to build wooden foundation base plan below in our “how to assemble” section.
